Walk to everything or theres a carpark available aswell.The room has an ensuite and electricity and internet (ADSL2+) is all included in the $150 p/w rent. The room is unfurnished although the rest of the house has everything you need. Were not really into TV so theres no cable or even a flat screen but weve got a DVD player – but feel free to contribute! Hmmm… theres no A/C but the hwole house opens up so you get a good breeze.The house is pink! All of it! You get used to it but its not that bad. Its pretty modern not brand spanking new but around early 90s decor.I work in the city full time M-F my other flatmate is a student. Were pretty easy going with who we get as long as youre not a total bore. Im not adverse to party animals just as long as youre honest trustworthy and can pay your rent.Contact me the rooms available ASAP.
