Hey I am looking for a female to rent a room (3.5m x 3.0m) in the house I am currently living in at Acacia Ridge. Price includes; Internet (cable/wireless) water electricity milk/bread etc. The room has a small desk futon (fold out bed) if wanted although a normal bed would be better for you! There is no closet/wardrobe.I am tidy mature and easy to get along with. I have 2 Dogs living outside at the moment which are very friendly and rarely bark/howl. I am a carpenter so I leave around 6ish and get home between 4 and 5 mon – fri. Smoking outside only. Its a quiet street. I am not much of a party animal and I keep to myself mostly.I have a washer but no dryer. I have cable/wireless internet.There is a bus stop 50m down the street. Coopers Plains Train Station (almost all trains stop here) 5 – 10mins drive away. A small shopping centre 10mins walk away with video rental shop ATM bank Post office IGA chemist Bakery fish and chip/take-away x 2. 20 mins away from Fortitude Valley. 10 mins drive to UQ Mt Gravatt Campus 20 to 30 on busFlatmate I am looking for; Female as I get along with them better and they are usually tidier more responsible and reliable. Someone who is reasonably tidy will do their dishes pays on time easy to get along with.
