I have a furnished room with Queen size bed and built in robe…share bathroom with only 1 other housemate (me). Rent includes gas elect foxtel and very fast cable wifi internet (if you have own laptop) also have reverse cycle aircon in living area – I have a cat who is indoors all the time but he is very friendly and not like a normal cat at all. NO BOND but would require 2 weeks rent to be paid on moving in to keep you one week in advance. This is a great location!!
