This is a great little unit in the heart of west end. I love the suburb I love the unit. THE AREAWest end is a great area (as if you didnt already know). There are loads of great places to eat within a couple of minutes walk and its a 10 minute stroll (or stumble) to and from boundary street which is full of great bars cafes restaurants and live music. Also worth mentioning the fantastic west end markets which are on every week. Transport options are great with a one bus stop directly outside the house (busses heading to the valley via the city and to the west end ferry terminal) and another immediately around the corner (newfarm == fairfield). Also its only five minutes walk to west end ferry terminal if you need to cross the river.THE UNITThe unit is a pretty good size the best bits are the kitchen bathroom and bedroom which are all a good size. The bedroom will fit a double bed currently there is a double sofa bed in there (as in the pics) but I have a single bed wich I could move in there. Ill also get rid of any furniture you dont need. There is an open plan lounge attached to the kitchen and tucked around the corner is a little study/cutch area. The only thing I dont love about the unit is that it is located above a couple of restaurants and a bottle shop – outside the flat can be quite noisy because of their air-con units. Inside this isnt really an issue though.THE RENTRent is 200pw in advance including bills. No deposit needed.Le MEYoud be living with me Im pretty laid back tidy(ish) and I like to think Im quite good fun to be around. Im a postgrad student at the University of Queensland so I have kinda irregular working hours but i think youll find me fun and easy to get along with. when Im not studying youll find me wakeboarding on the river or just chilling out with friends.
