Hi There are currently 3 of us upstairs of the house 2 guys 1 girl and another girl moving in soon. The room available is downstairs of the house own bathroom and kitchen living area and bedroom. Looking for social person or couple aged 20 -30ish because the back yard is communial as is the laundry. Furniture and linen is avaliable and plenty of room. Close walkng distance to Coles and other amentities on Caxton street as is the city. Public transport also easily accessable.
