I have a room available now, it is 4 bedroom house with swimming pool, very quiet and big house, only my husband and me and a beautiful cat live here. The location is in Varsity Lakes, it is very close Robina shopping centre and Bond University. bus stop is just 3 mints by walk and the Versity Lakes train station is about 7 mints by walk.
It is $ 190 per week, which has included bed, desk, huge mirrored wardrobe, very fast internet, ellectricity and water. You only share a bathroom with me sometimes.

We are both professionals, and we don’t like too noisy at night.
