Hey guys 42nd floor apartment in the Oaks Charlotte Towers right in the center of the CBD. Theres one bed available in a shared room (youll be sharing the room with a 25 year old guy from Taiwan). The layout of the apartment is like a huge hotel room with a full size kitchen two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One wall is all glass and it overlooks the city/river/story bridge and its incredible. This will go FAST. Bond is 600 and you have to pay for your first two weeks upfront which is 320: TOTAL comes to 920 (and includes your first two weeks of rent). I move out Thursday so this place will be filled by tomorrow night. Come fast!
