Our home is nicely furnished and has a great atmosphere. We have some pretty cool things like a wine fridge ducted air con foxtel (all chanels) stainless steel appliances hardwood floors high ceilings and much more. Its just a short walk into the city and an even shorter walk into westend. Public transport right outside and coles is pretty much down stairs.Theres a lap pool and with an awesome wooden deck downstairs that gets great sun in the middle of the day. Its ideal for weekends. Next door is a 24hr gym if you want to keep fit.We have a reasonable sized room on offer great view of the mountains. Good cupboard space. High Ceilings.Were two guys who keep our home nice and tidy. We both have respectable full time jobs but were not all serious and uptight. One works as a paralegal and Im a manager in the finance business. Our home is pretty quiet during the week and maybe the occasional visitor then. Weekends we dont mind a little noise and getting loose. I sometimes come stumbling in the door shortly after midnight.Were looking for someone that has an optimistic look on life takes getting ahead seriously but still knows how to have a good time.
