Hey There I am a 29 year old professional male living in River Place Apartments located in Brisbane CBD.. I have a room for let located on the river with great views of the story bridge and Kangaroo point cliffs with own private balcony.. looking for someone firstly who can afford it! lol.. And someone who is easy to get along with and can afford it..haha.. I have a good sense of humour and have a high respect for my flatmates and expect the same.. the room comes with your own private bathroom and toilet and builtin robes.. I have a pool table and lounge suite and double door bar fridge on the veranda and dont mind a party now and then.. so if this suits you i think we will get along fine.. I like to cook and clean ( sometimes)haha.. and am very considerate of those around me..and if im not I expect to be told so!! all i am looking for is someone who adopts simailar qualities to life and enjoys living in one of the best quality positions in Brisbane.. the apartment has Spa and sauna and full lap pool facilities right under the story bridge as well as downstairs entertainment area ( for those parties that are just to big to cater for) Full security Cam and alot of other stuff :).. if your interested I would love to hear from you and I can give you a tour Cheers Matty
