As is your room which has a large built-in a ceiling fan and large windows keep you cool in summer. Youll need to supply your own bed – will easliy fit a double bed.Youre a 10min walk to Ferny Grove Railway Station with express trains to the city.Close to Keperra Supacentre Brookside and Chermside shops.About 20min drive to access Bruce Hwy for Sunshine Coast.Off street parking with space on the driveway.Us:2 males (couple) + 1 beagle dog (Hope)Hi ! I work for State Govt and work regular hours Mon-Fri. And my partner is a full-time Nursing student.We live a pretty quiet life and visit friends on weekends or occasionally they come over to visit.We normally get our own dinners but dont mind cooking for others if that suites the evening.
