Hi there I have a nice double room to let in a four bedroom brick home that I am renting.It has a nice bush area at back with lots of birds. Home is open plan. It is close to local shops with bigger shopping centres close by. Bus is at the end of this street which goes to city or Hypermarket. I work odd hours so it is a quiet household. Neighbours are friendly and helpful. This lease currently runs out in October at which time can be renewed. There are walking tracks and parks just down the road.
