The rooms are in a house with 4 bedrooms. One is unfurnished but has ensuite and own entrance. The other has a wardrobe and nothing else. This room will need to share the other bathroom and toilet. There is off street parking in a quiet street with quiet neighbours. The first room is $180 per week incl utilities. The second room because it shares a bathroom is $120 per week. Both require 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks in advance. The house has a dishwasher washing machine and dryer. I would like to think that I could get a reasonable quiet tenant.
