Hey guys… I am a 28 yr old male Who owns a newly renovated 4 bedroom house at Bray Park and am seeking a clean responsible housemate to rent out one of the bedrooms to. I am currently living with one other guy also 28 who you would be sharing a bathroom (always kept clean) with. I own a male staffy so you will have to like dogs.. Smoking is fine as long as it is outside. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished to suit your needs.
