Its on the first Floor facing North on the western side of the house. The house has mainly wooden floors with tiles in the kitchen.Share Toilet and Bathroom just outside the room. Share Kitchen and lounge room facilities with large TV and Playstation 3 available.We have cable Internet but this is an extra cost of $10 per week.It is a Quiet neighbourhood. Close to Bus Stop for transport to Bray Park Train Station and Shops.Any applicant must be Reliable Honest and preferably neat and tidy with a full time job.
