The room has a large built in wardrobe and a huge bathroom that is only shared with guests. The house is fully furnished aside from the available room which is yours to make your own. 200GB of wireless ADSL2+ is available monthly. Electricity gas water and internet are split between all housemates. We are happy to do the grocery shopping (cost split between housemates) and cook meals during the week. Bus stop 4 minute walk and train station 25 minute walk from the house. The complex has a communal pool and small gym available for use. We are looking for a quiet honest tidy respectful professional or student (couples considered) over 18 years preferably non-smoker.
