We are looking to fill the thrid bedroom in our new townhouse! My housemate and I are both clean and tidy people who enjoy being able to relax in our home but we love having friends over occasionaly! We are both busy people who work hard at both work and uni. The house is furnished with new furniture including new kitchen amenities (new dishwasher) and new washer and dryer. 2 mins down the road is a local shopping centre with a Coles Chemist Newagent Video Store Maccas etc. We are also close to public transport such as bus routes and trainlines.We are looking for a room-mate who will respect our home and also make it their own. We do not have a preference on gender and welcome any questions. There are however no pets allowed in the complex and parking would have to be discussed. While the house is furnished you would have to supply any furniture you are requiring in your room bed etc! Bills are not included but will be split evenly and individual payment will depend on use!
