Hi I am looking a very clean neat and tidy quiet person who is willing to do their share around the house. This is a modern 4 bedroom house with an easy maintenance yard. You will have 2 bedrooms and your own bathroom and toilet as well as a lock up garage. The main rooms are aircontioned. I have one small pet dog that stays OUTSIDE!!!!. The house is fully furnished you would only require your own bedroom furniture.Only looking to share with one other person please. Sorry I am not into having parties at home. Have a couple of friends over from time to time for dinner and thats about it!!! I respect other peoples privacy and belongings and am looking for a like minded housemate.
