Hi I am a extremely busy young male personal trainer who works in the area and my house mate is a young female bartender. We both work long hours we both spend a lot of time away from the house. We both enjoy drinking on the weekends but dont go out every single week. The house is pretty old but it is a great location 150m walk from bowen hills train station and 100m walk from the bus to the city…..Their is a nice big veranda and big backyard as well….the room is big enough for a queen bed and some furniture….if need be the room can be furnished or unfurnished….wireless internet is included…..
