Were looking for 1 more person to share a large 4-bedroom house in Boondall. Were two straight guys (mid 20s) and a 38-year-old gay guy. Rent will be $136 per week which includes electricity phone Internet (wireless LAN available) and Foxtel in the lounge room (all channels). Amount is subject to change depending on the bills.The room is unfurnished but a king single bed is available if required.The house is a 10-minute walk to the train station. Train ride to city is about 25 minutes. Only on-street parking available.Boondall is home to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and isnt far from Sandgate/Shorncliffe Nudgee Beach the airport and even Redcliffe. Its right next to the Gateway Motorway making it easy to head north or south. Its nowhere near the river and doesnt flood!Were a quiet household and tend to do our own thing or have casual chats in front of the telly. We occasionally have friends over etc but do not have parties.
