Ive just bought this cosy little place in Boondall. Its 200m from North Boondall trainstation and 100m from the bus stop servicing routes 310 and 315.At the moment I am teaching maths and science a few minutes north of Brisbane and when Im not teaching Im a part time soldier.Rent is $150 / week or $600 / month and that includes everything! There is nothing more to pay except your food.Im very quiet and rather relaxed so the place would suite a student with the intention of studying. The room is also the furtherest from the road so theres not much noise there either. Its got two sets of windows across two walls and overlooks the back yard and gets a bit of the morning sun.At the moment the room has a single bed although I can put a double in. However youd probably agree it works better with the single. Theres also a wardrobe dresser and table and chair. Ive got Foxtel and ADSL 2+ internet.The yard is fairly large and over time I shall be developing it. Theres also heaps of storage and Im planning on building some more.Parking is on the street as there is only a 1 car carport.In the description I said there are pets. Altough not at the moment once again when my folks hit Germany next year; there will be two desexed male cats. A large ginger one and a smaller timid grey one.
