Hey guys I have a room available in Banyo. The place is fairly modern inside and close to two train stations. Also pretty close in driving distance to Chermside Shopping Centre and Toombul Shopping Centre. Rent is $150 a week not including bills. The house is a 2 bedroom place with one bathroom. It has a carport for parking also. Im a fairly laidback person and spend a bit of time out of the house.
