Little bit about me….
My name is Jason, I am 27yrs old, and I work for Avis at the airport. So I work a rotating roster, and shift work.
I am a pretty easy going friendly guy, and enjoy having a drink to unwind on occasion.

I’m looking for people between roughly 20-35, non-smokers. Not fussy on work, but must have a steady job.

About the rooms….
So I am looking to rent out the two spare bedrooms. If you
want one room it’s $100pw, or both rooms for $170pw.
The rooms are

Bedroom 1 – 265cm by 305cm
Bedroom 2 – 305cm by 275cm.

Utilities will be split equally when they arrive. You will have use of the main bathroom, your bedroom, and all the common areas. I have internet which you will be welcome to use, and we can split the bill for that as well. The complex has a gym included, and is there for everyone to use for free.

You will need to apply through the agent, and get their approval before moving in.
