i am a separated dad with polite 10yr old boy i have a choice of two rooms to rent basic furnishing eg. bed and built-in robes. will provide desk or drawers or standing robe on request. townhouse complex has good security pool tennis court and b.b.q. area. 200 mtrs to bus 25 mins to city on route 330. suitable for couple single mum i child or students. non smokers preferred. child minding for rent arrangement if required.
