Hello I have a main bedroom available in Chermside. It is a townhouse/villa in quiet green leafy complex with off street parking. It is 15mins walk from Westfield Chermside shopping centre and bus depot 5min walk to bus stop 331/330 and Marchant park sporting fields 20 mins from the city by car and close to train station.The villa is furnished (not including bedroom) with builts ins included there is a split air-con/heater system washing machine an outdoor area with BBQ shared bathroom and toliet.I am a professional who is friendly fun and easy going. I enjoy the arts staying active and meeting new people and am respectful of peoples spaces. Considerate and tidy but not a clean nazi. I also enjoy cooking and chilling out around the home(when I have the time).
