I am seeking a professional person who is friendly honest able to communicate and is tidy. There are currently 2 females in the house 22 and 26 that you would be sharing with. The house is a 3 bedroom high set home one bathroom air conditioning in the lounge room fans in all rooms polished floorboards large storage space under house and yard. I own two dogs (a husky and Staffy) so must love dogs as they are very social and love attention.The house is located in a very quiet street and only a few streets from Chermside shopping centre. There is a regular bus stop to city at the top of the street. There is currently a double bed in the room but would be happy to take out if you have your own furniture. You will require a cupboard or storage area for the room.Electricity and internet are split evenly and you will be in charge of your own groceries as this is not included in the price.
