Our previous housemate has moved out to live with his girlfriend. The room is available now, and you’d have your own full bathroom.
The rent is $170 pw and we each put in an additional $25pw which covers almost all of the expenses, including Foxtel (all channels), Cable WiFi Internet, Electricity, Pool Chemicals, Phone etc
