Hi Guys I have a bedroom available to rent in my 2 bedroom unit on Racecourse Rd Ascot. The room available is carpeted with generous built in wardrobe and is priced at $200 per week which Im including home phone and also use of broadband internet. The unit is fairly large compared with other units around the area and has a nice big kitchen and lounge area which also links with 2 balconies. Inside the unit is industrial style with a polished cement floor to living areas stainless steel applliances and features. The commonly used areas are furnished already and I would prefer if the tenant just bought bedroom furniture there is a little space available in my garage. There is plenty of street parking at times there is parking available within the unit grounds but not always. I am a young professional in my early 20s I am very tidy and respectful and believe this alongside a friendship is the basis of a great housesharing environment. I am looking for a tenant who is a similar age up to 30ish preferably female (but open tidy male may be ok) who is career focused but also wants a friendly and fun home environment. Bond is $720.00
