We have an unfurnished double bedroom for rent with built-in wardrobe in a 3bd 2br unit on Racecourse Road in Ascot. There are currently three easy-going professionals living in the unit one couple and one single. We are quiet during the week and social on the weekends and are looking for someone similar to join us. We are looking for a single roommate only no couples please. The unit has its own washing machine dryer dishwasher and parking is also available. The unit is close to public transport (only about ten minutes to the Valley or fifteen to the CBD). It is centrally located to all amenities as well. This bedroom will share a bathroom with one other person. Rent is $180 per week including internet plus share of the utilites. We also get a cleaner in every fortnight that we can take turns paying or divide it between roommates as needed. The room is avialable on December 3rd but we are flexible.
