We have a large unfurnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe for rent in a three bedroom two bathroom unit on Racecourse Road in Ascot. There are three easy-going professionals living in the unit one couple and another male. Were all pretty quiet during the week but social and like to have a good time on the weekends. We like spending time together but also respect each others privacy and space and were looking for someone similar to join us in this great unit. Only singles please no couples.This unit is close to public transport and to the city (only ten minutes to the Valley or fifteen minutes to Queen Street). It is also located close to all amenities as well and is right across the street from Coles. There is a washing machine dryer and dishwasher in the apartment and parking in the garage is available. This room will share a bathroom (with the toilet in a separate room from the shower for convenience) with one other person so things wont be crowded. It is available on December 3rd but we can be flexible on the moving date depending on your needs.Rent is $180 per week including internet plus share of utilities which come every three months. Also we get a cleaner to come in every fortnight that costs $50. We can divide this between all roommates or take turns paying for it as needed.
