We move into our new place in ascot on the 8th october. Myself and Niki will move in the first week so room av 14th oct. Its a large 3 level townhouse 2 balconys and courtyard ducted air con on all levels. Bathroom you will share with 1 other (Niki a girl)but its large with spa and sep toilets. one on each level. Room has big built in ceilling fans too. Plenty of parking can share garage or on street parking we have our own entrance at the front of the house and parking is right there. Train is 1 min walk racecourse rd and hamilton harbour are very close prefer an easy going working female who is reliable with rent and bills. We both like to be social and talk to each other as housemates food is cooked seperatly unless we have a bbq or something fun gas and power is the only utilities split between 3 which is cheap bond is only 2 weeks rent. $420 Best to contact me look forward to hearing from you.
