Hi, I have a room for rent in a three bedroom one bathroom unit in a quiet leafy street nearby the Racecourse Road cafe precinct and Eagle Farm Racecourse. I am the owner of the unit and the only person you will be living with (I use the third bedroom as an office). Foxtel and internet included in the rent but electricity will be shared. I like to keep active and very much into keeping fit and healthy so someone who is also active would be a bonus. Kitchen in the unit has just been renovated.
