Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse sharing with two others. The house: Is a great size its fully furnished and equipped with everything (except for the room available). The house has two levels and has a courtyard area off the back. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.House is located close to Racecourse Rd train station bus stops and Portside prescient. The bedroom: Large enough for a king sized bed has ducted air-conditioning and a private balcony. You will be sharing your the bathroom with one female (but dont let this worry you as she is clean and tidy and easy going) The housemates: One 32 yo male and one 31 yo female. We both work fulltime and are not a couple. We are very easy going clean tidy and respectful. We dont party during the week. But on the weekend dont mind being social. It would be great to find someone similar. The small print: Rent is $180 per week payable weekly in advance. Bond is 3 weeks rent; so $540. Utilities are spilt 3 ways and you will need your own internet. Shift workers or FIFO not a problem. Short-term considered. Non-smoker preferred. Sorry no pets.
