We are two easy going females (28 and 20) looking for a third person to share our townhouse with us. We usually stay fairly quiet during the week but dont mind a few drinks on the weekends for the right occasion. One of us is a teacher and can work long hours during term time and the other one is a house maid and usually works half days with the other half spent at home. The house is situated in a quiet part of Ascot with plenty of on street parking. Its a short walk to Doomben train station with numerous bus routes close by and a short walk to Racecourse Road. The house has two levels with 3 bedrooms (including built ins) and two bathrooms upstairs one of which is an ensuite . Downstairs includes a large open plan living area a small outdoor entertainment area and a separate toilet and laundry. The house has ducted air conditioning throughout. The room is $170 per week and comes unfurnished. It can easily fit a queen bed bedside table chest of draws etc. Bathroom would be shared with one other. Bills are not included in this price and are usually paid quarterly. Bills include water electricity and gas. We would ideally want someone who can clean up after themselves were not OCD clean but like to respect shared spaces. Wed also like someone whod be happy to hang out with us from time to time either watching movies or having dinner and a chat as well as someone who also enjoys their own space. Responsibility is a must so being able to pay rent and bills on time is important. Theres also a cat that lives here so you must be animal friendly. Shes quiet and tends to hide and keep to herself. The room will be free from around Sunday 22nd July. Our current housemate is moving to Sydney for work sometime around then.
