Hello I am looking for a new tenant as my current tenant is moving out to be closer to his new job. I am looking for someone who will last at least 6 months but preferably 12 months or more. I have three rooms and currently my flatmate and I use the third as a guest bedroom. The apartment has airconditioning and a patio and is fully furnished with the exception of the available room. The apartment is close to a fairly major bus station and reasonably close to Albion Station as well as quite a few take out and convience stores.
