Hi we are a happy household with a spare room becoming available on Sept 7. For $160 it includes all bills of gas/water/electricity/internet/cleansing. Price is negotiable for long term right person. It is fully furnished with double iron bed 2 mattresses robes shelves desk lamp and chair. It has polished wooden floors and the house itself is a renovated Queenslander in a quiet street with bus and train at the end of street 2 zones from the City. about 20 mins and close to Airport and Toombul Shopping Centre. You would be sharing with a mature 21 year old international student who goes to Aviation Australia and a 37 yo woman who works from home. The easy going owner lives downstairs with her 19 yo daughter but they prefer their own space and bathroom. Their is a parking space off street. It would suit a single person (the couple rate is more) for either short or long term but prefer long term. We are easy going humanitarians/environmentally friendly types who do our own thing but enjoy a fun BBQ together sometimes. Shops are either up on Racecourse Rd a 10 min walk or a bus to Toombul Shopping Centre. We look forward to hearing from you !
