Hi! We have a room available as of Monday Nov 15. It is a quiet fully furnished double room in a lovely share house in upmarket leafy Ascot 5 mins to train and bus to city. Airport bus is 5 mins away too. We are 2 zones to city. You would be sharing the top of a large highset Queenslander with 3 males who keep to themselves and do their own cooking and cleaning. One is personal trainer one is a crystals/numerology expert and one is an Aviation Australia student. We are a stable and happy household that like music/bbqs and pets (we have 2 cats and a friendly dog). The room is fully furnished with a single bed robe desk chair lamp and drawers. Sorry the room cannot be unfurnished and there is no other storage and it only has offstreet parking. We are looking for someone that is happy easygoing and can help keep the general areas clean which includes kitchen and bathroom so someone housetrained!. All bills included (gas/water/electricity/rubbish removal) as well as internet. We prefer someone longer term.
