Hi guys Ive got a sharehouse at Enoggera with a few spare rooms this one is huge and self contained with a nice renovated bathroom shower and walk in storage attached. – its $170 a week and right on the train line so its quick to get into the city/valley.The kitchen is in the main house and its to share with an early 30s IT guy and early 20s female student really easygoing place kept nice and clean.Looking for someone longer term (6 months) but the lease is periodic so there are no dramas there.
