I am currently a uni student looking for a female room mate between 18-23. Internationals are acceptable. The apartment is security protected with parking (although i have a car too parking can be negotiated). It is 5min walk to train station and bus stops and the area is a 20min drive to the CBD. The 4-yr-old apartment is fully furnished accept for the bedrooms.I am a uni student studying at uq who doesnt go out much however special occasions is always an exception :).I am looking for a neat friendly easygoing person who will hopefully understand my reserve lifestyle :). i expect rent to be on time as the landlord is a family friend who can be flexible at times.
