Hi. I am a very young 40 plus single female with pet cockateil looking for roommate. Only 7km from the city. I am pretty easy going. My home is my sanctuary- and I usually go out for fun and company. Room for rent is very generous size with built-in wardrobes. Quiet area but close to train station supermarket and other amentities. There is plenty of street parking out the front.
