Easy walking distance to train and bus lines would suite anybody traveling to and from the city. Also close to Newmarket Pool and shops and Maccas.Access to internet for emails etc. Laudromat 3mins walk away undercover parking as well as plenty of space for storage. Im easy going and just looking for a professional type to share the rent somebody thats not looking to have mad parties preferably someone in between OCD-tidy-upper and toxic-mess-machine. A quick hello or a 3 hour rundown of your days events in the evening; Im fine with either.
