We have a large room available in our house in Alderley.The place would be ideal for couples – rent would be $325 a week for a couple ($162.50 p/person) or $217 a week for singles.The house is a large renovated Queenslander with nice big living area kitchen deck and backyard. Underneath the house is the laundry room and a large rumpus room plus covered parking and storage space. It is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It is just me and my partner at the moment and we want to fill one other room and have the last room free for visiting family and friends of ours and yours of course. We dont mind single people or couples. From the 11/11 till the new year it will just be me in the house as my partner is away for work. We are a young friendly couple both working full time.
