If you are an independent female (non-smoker) we want you to join our home which includes a couple one other female and 1 small dog (2 f 1 m).Great location with Alderley train station only minutes away the bus stop out the front plenty of shops close by including Bi-low or the Newmarket Coles or even Brookside and Stafford City are all only a short drive away. Street parking is available too.Please be clean considerate trustworthy independent but social able and understanding of a share house environment. Great value rent at $145 per week that includes Electricity Gas Cable Internet and shared amenities. Our huge renovated Queenslander style home has large modern kitchen easy to care with dishwasher shared bathroom beautiful deck and covered area at the back to enjoy the rainforest backdrop.The house is fully furnished and the room available is a decent size includes a huge built-in wardrobe has a ceiling fan and two windows.An outside dog maybe negotiable depending on size breed and tempermant. Please also note that a baby will be joining the house in June and we have made arrangements to the house to suit this so that it will have minimum impact on the other housemates
