Two unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobe available in 4 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished house. The house has a large kitchen lounge living area and outdoor entertainment area. Will be sharing with 23 year old male (working) and 23 year old female (working/studying) couple.Rent is $120 per week per room/person plus internet and electricity. No bond or lease required but 4 weeks rent in advanced is payable upfront (then maintain 2 weeks in advance from that point onwards).Preferred applicants who are non-smoking and of similar age.
