Were a couple in our late 20s early 30s with a room to rent in Albany Creek. We have a good size clean house with some great facilities: furnished room with Queen sized bed + wardrobe good size garden pool large decking / veranda for entertaining games room with a bar pool table and darts board downstairs treadmill plenty of car park space bus stop within a stones throw local shops 2 min walk local take aways 2 min walk restaurants 2 mon walk.We are looking forward to sharing with someone who is easy to get on with has a good sense of humour and is in permanent employment. We like socialising on weekends but quite during the week not a party house – anymore!
