Large separate dwelling backing onto lovely park very private with own long driveway with large carport. I am looking for a reliable working person to rent this studio which is half polished wooden floor half carpet. It used to be a music room for a music teacher and is soundproof. It has lovely down lights and funky coloured walls. The room is big enough to have a bedroom area lounge area and eating/kitchen area. Plus enough room outside for an outdoor area all very private. It is very new and is extremely clean. My daughter and I live in the main house and she is with her father half time and we are out most week ends. I work and not home through the day and my daughter goes to school. The room has a TV airial for great reception. The last tenant had his own fridge microwave etc so he was self sufficient except for the bathroom which is in the main house. The bathroom is very large and mostly used by the tenant as I have my own ensuite. You would be welcome to use my washing machine in our laundry. I do my own lawns so you will not be expected to look after that. Electricity will be extra and a bond of two weeks will be required and rent is in advance.
