Looking for a male or female to rent a single unfurnished room with a ceiling fan in a three bedroom house in wynnum west/lytton area. House is a lowset well kept queenslander with wooden floors and carpet in the bedroom. It has a front veranda which catches the sun and a huge back deck with all the comforts. The room itself has a door which opens up onto the deck from which you can access the large yard. The house is furnished – except for the bedroom- with flatscreen tv washing machine dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. It is a five minute walk to the train station with 40min ride into the city. The house is also close to shops and the Motorway and just a 5 minute drive to the waterfront where there are cafes and a nice walk/bikeway. You would be living with a 20 year old female and a 35 year old male as well as one young small inside/outside dog. We are clean people who enjoy living in a comfortable and calm environment while we do like to drink occasionally/socially we are not the type to bring the party to the house and are therefore looking for someone of a similar mind. We would like someone who we can not just share a fridge with but can get along with and whos company we would enjoy. If you have pets that is okay providing they are compatible with the house and my dog and will not destroy things. If this sounds like you please contact me we are ready for someone to move in asap.
