I am looking for a respectful and easygoing housemate to share my house. I am offering a package of three rooms as I would prefer to have one house mate instead of two. This would probably suit a student or someone after some space as you could have a bedroom study and dressing room all across the hall from each other. Rooms sizes are: (3.3m x 2.5m) (2.5m x 2.25m) (2.5m x 2.4m)My cottage is approximately 500m from the foreshore parklands 200m from the train station 100m from a PCYC with a gym etc and only a few kms to all shops. I am looking for someone who is going to look after my house while im not there.I am looking for a non smoker with no pets.The house is fully furnished apart from the rooms for rent.Rent is $220/wk plus 50% of the Electricity and Gas bill per month. $15/wk is just an estimate.
