The available bedroom can fit a double bed and a desk neatly with cupboard space provided. Person can choose to bring their own furniture or use the single bed and desk that was previously used in that room. The room has a spacious balcony over the backyard and both a ceiling fan and duct air-conditioning. The house is located within a complex that provides a pool tennis court and BBQ area. Rent is paid weekly with internet and electricity etc being an extra 45 dollars a month.
