i would describe the house as a small organic farm in suburbia with lovely garden of fruit trees and royal palms. large patio living area with spa. the house is safe, peaceful, stable and quiet. single room with built in robe, desk and chair, fan, a/c, lamp, mirror, chest of drawers available. $180 per week including electricity. 10 minutes by foot to Northern Territory University (CDU) and Royal Darwin Hospital (RDH) and casuarina square (shopping complex) where bus exchange located. close to beach. there are several tables and chairs in the garden so plenty of places to sit and relax. desexed cat lives at house and have several ducks and hens fenced off in yard and a bee hive. the house would suit independent self contained working female who might also be studying as the house is ideal for busy mature person. the house is green so would like person to be environmentally aware. would prefer a long term stayer. room is lockable. share kitchen and bathroom.
