I am looking for a mature professional to share a spacious townhouse in Tiwi–walking distance to Darwin Hospital Charles Darwin University Casuarina Shopping Centre and most importantly Casuarina beach. The house is in a small quiet and friendly complex. It is furnished. There is u/cover car parking and a very private spa in tropical setting. The main bedroom with a q/size bed large built-ins a/c and a separate bathroom w toilet will become available mid August. Lifestyle compatibility and reliability are important. I am tidy and quiet dont smoke and often work long hours from home but I am social and enjoy sharing meals. Cost is $300 p.w. which includes use of the u/cover car park electricity pool chemicals etc. Shared home cleaning and garden and pool maintenance.
